We moved from out of the area. The agent that helped us sell our old house was not familiar with this area and did not feel she could do a good job helping us here. Wendy was representing the seller, but still was willing to spend the time and effort to be sure we had everything we needed, including local inspector recommendations and answering any questions about differences from what we were used to. We were very happy working with her and everything went very smoothly.
Izzy was my biggest help when I was looking at houses to buy, she showed my girlfriend and I a few different houses and when we finally found one we both liked she even helped us with getting a lender, and an inspector!
Izzy always had an answer to our questions and we couldn't be more thankful! If I were to sell or look at buying another property, Izzy would be my first choice for a realtor!
